As far as my observations are concerned, I think that Static URLs are known to be better than Dynamic URLs. I would like to give certain reasons in order to clarify my point:

  1. Static URLs typically Rank better as far as the search engines are concerned.
  2. It is grapevine, (I don't know , it can be true also) that Search Engines index the content of dynamic pages slowly as compared to static pages.
