China.com: Google's New Search Partner

In the latest search engine news, Google Inc apparently is collaborating with China.com to provide the letter with search results, reports Forbes.

"Internet service provider China.com Inc., a unit of CDC Corp., said Thursday it is expanding its Google Inc. partnership to allow more of its Web sites to use the search engine provider's technologies.

Under the new agreement, Google will power search services on China.com's Chinese portal and China search site.

"By expanding our partnership with Google, we can further improve user satisfaction and encourage more robust growth for China.com," Xiaowei Chen, president of China.com, said in a statement.
