A good news for all those adCenter users who lately have been complaining about being unable to contact the adcenter support. Lately many bloggers and webmasters have been raising this issue on various discussion forums. Finally now, it seems adCenter has come to see the gravity of situation and has offered help.

Carolyn from the adCenter Community Team said on the adCenter blog that, from now the adCenter Support team will help the users with questions ranging from bidding and budgeting to targeting and editing. In order to improve the marketing campaigns for the adCenter clients, the Support representatives would also help them in testing the ad copy, identifying the most successful keywords, expand the search terms and develop a keyword bidding strategy.

The adCenter users can now log in to adCenter, through "Contact Support" link in the footer of the user interface. It can also also be accessed from adCenter Help, which is accessible from a link in the top-right corner of the UI. Further, if you have any questions or any query you can bring it up on the adCenter discussion forum.

This sure is a good addition coming after the revised adCenter terms and conditions. That's what we call, keep on coming!
