Geary Interactive, a full service digital marketing agency has announced the acquisition of Fathom Online, which is a SEO company. Geary Interactive is based in San Diego, California and specializes in web development, media buying and strategic planning services. The integration of Fathom would make Geary, one of only a few fully independent digital agencies

According to Dean DeBiase (Chairman, Fathom Online), “ Merging the product, service and technology strengths of Geary Interactive and Fathom Online into an integrated marketing services group enables clients to access a broader digital solutions platform that can increase their advertising reach, effectiveness and ROI.”

Fathom Online's primary members will share key role with Geary Interactive, thus maintaining the balance between the two. So far, the terms of transaction are unknown, and haven't been released yet.

Fathom Online has been an award winning SEO based in San Francisco, California. It was recently recognized as 'Best use of Mobile Marketing, Direct Response' by the Mobile Marketing Association.

It is believed, that this merger will enable Geary Interactive to provide enhanced services to clients in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing.
