Google AdSense Finally Now in FeedBurner!
May 31st, 2008 | 1,013 Views RSS Feed
Since the day, Google acquired FeedBurner, there had been rumors floating all around that AdSense units might be provided on FeedBurner.
Last month, I had informed our readers that Google and FeedBurner were then discussing the possibility of assimilating AdSense into Feedburner, so as to provide AdSense units on RSS Feeds.
Well, now according to TechCrunch, Feedburner is finally rolling out AdSense via RSS feeds. This service will be available as an advertising option to all the blogs and websites that use Feedburner to publish their feeds. It seems that Feedburner would only like to launch this service next in a test phase, as initially, it would be reaching out to few select publishers. Later on, it might expand this service to all its customers.
It does seem that the two service providers took so much time, to prepare for the roll out. Assimilation of AdSense in Feedburner will enable advertisers to take advantage of contextual advertisements for their feeds.
Well, now there is new dimension for the publishers to explore and earn from. Good going Google!
