Google Game of Images
September 2nd, 2006 | 819 Views RSS Feed
Google announced its new feature, Google Images Labeler, that allows you to label random images. This exercise will help Google to improve Google's image search result quality. Participating in this game, you will be randomly paired with a partner who is online and user of this feature. Both the partners are shown the same set of images for over 90-second, you are supposed to provide as many labels as you can, describing the image. If both the partners give the same labels to the image, they score points and are taken to the next image until time runs out. Once the time expires you can explore the images and the websites from where they were taken.
You are not required to login to participate in this game but if you want to keep a track of your points then you have to login. You can chose to provide the nickname or an anonymous name.
