A WebmasterWorld thread raises a query that reinclusion requests at Microsoft's Live.com Search works or not?

I have written webspam@msn.com four times and never a response. I have tried to stickymail MSN Dude and his box is always full. Has anyone ever been able to successfully have a site reviewed or reincluded in the index? It took Yahoo two weeks to review my site and reinclude it.

Another post says that the request was sent three months back. And after three months the site was reincluded:
As of today one of my sites, the one MSNDude said they ware releasing from the ban has appeared in MSN.
It's got about 20 pages indexed so I guess it is a start!

Because the web crawlers(A program that scans websites and indexes their information for searching.) that index websites manage millions of pages, it's normal for some pages to move in and out of the index.
