Yahoo! has been inviting U.S. advertisers to upgrade their accounts to the redesigned Sponsored Search platform. These invitations will continue over remaining of this year through early next year. However, if you wish to upgrade to the new platform early, then you can still submit your request. The request form can be filled here

According to Yahoo!: "Invitations to upgrade will continue to be sent in stages to U.S. advertisers over the remainder of the year and early next year. But if you are interested in upgrading to the new advertising platform early, there’s still time to submit your request here. Based on the experiences of other advertisers, here are a few tips for submitting your early upgrade request:

* Please enter completely all required fields and verify that your entries are correct.
* Make sure that you enter ten characters into the account ID field. If your account ID is less than ten characters long, please enter zeros at the front of your Account ID until it reaches ten characters.
* Please submit your request only once, as we can only register one request per unique email address.

While we won’t be able to accept every advertiser who wishes to upgrade early, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We look forward to upgrading your account soon!"
